Lecture Rick Dolphijn — MEDITATIONS OF A GEOMETER: ON CRACKS AND WOUNDS AND BECOMING A TARGET

Book Tickets

On Thursday the 23rd of March 2023, Rick Dolphijn, acclaimed author on continental philosophy (Gilles Deleuze and Michel Serres) and contemporary arts, will deliver a presentation of his research and practice at RADIUS.

Titled MEDITATIONS OF A GEOMETER: ON CRACKS AND WOUNDS AND BECOMING A TARGET, Dolphijn will share with us his thoughts on practicing a geophilosophy which moves beyond the modernist and capitalist orderings of the world. Not accepting oppositions like man versus woman, human versus animal, nature versus culture, the aim is to start measuring the world anew. It is time to open our eyes to this new land, after the floods have withdrawn, and to make a new cartography of its cracks and wounds; time has come to live our cracks and wounds beautifully, in search for new—intraspecies—harmonies.
